When I joined Blitz, the website lacked a clear user journey and conversion intent. With over 6,000 indexed pages across dozens of features and game titles, the site felt like a patchwork—fragmented messaging, poor navigation, and no clear user funnel.
The objective: reimagine the entire web product to support business goals, simplify the user journey, and drive app downloads and partner engagement.

I led a complete information architecture (IA) overhaul and UX redesign, grounded in heatmaps, behavior flows, and analytics data. Every decision was insight-driven—prioritizing high-performing pages, improving navigability, and creating focused content pathways tailored to user behavior.
I also restructured the SEO foundation to improve discoverability across long-tail keywords tied to game-specific queries. This was especially crucial given Blitz’s reliance on organic acquisition.
