Challenge
Blitz had 9 products, each managed by separate teams, but no centralized marketing system. Marketing ops were fragmented, and user feedback was siloed in Slack—unstructured, invisible, and unused.
Solution
I built a centralized Product Marketing Hub—an internal Notion-based command center that unified campaign planning, product partners, product features, documentation, user feedback, and performance tracking across all products.
User Feedback Integration
I overhauled our fragmented support process by designing a new operational pipeline that:
Turned support tickets into actionable engineering tasks
Routed relevant issues to PMs with full context
Synced all user feedback directly into the Marketing Hub for full visibility
